How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered all over Pakistan within 3 to 4 working days with delivery charges of Rs 250 (Cash on Delivery) or Rs 80 (Bank Transfer). You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay when your bag arrives. You can also pay by bank deposit.
Can I exchange my bag?
Exchanges are available only if your bag arrives with a defect or issue. Send us your order number and photos of the issue on WhatsApp and we will arrange an exchange.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking number sent by SMS or email, or send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will update you.
Are the colours the same as the photos?
We photograph every bag in natural light, but shades can vary slightly by screen. Ask us for a real photo before ordering.
