Refund policy

At Glam Wallets, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes an exchange or return is necessary. Please review our policy below.

Returns

We offer a straightforward return policy for a full refund.

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. It must be in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer.

Exchanges

We want you to have the perfect wallet. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for you.

  • Exchange Window: You must notify us and request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Valid Reasons for Exchange:

    • The item you received is damaged or defective.

    • You received an incorrect item (wrong style, color, etc.).

  • Process: We will ship out the correct item to you as soon as possible after we receive the returned product. The availability of the desired item for exchange is subject to stock.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at info.glamwallets@gmail.com within the specified time frame.

  2. Provide your order number and details about the reason for the return or exchange.

  3. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.

Important Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Wallets that show signs of use.

  • Items not in their original condition, without tags, or without the original packaging.
